What this document will cover
The Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Stichting Modal when you use mu, the Eurosky Personal Data Server, or the Eurosky Portal. They cover who can use the services, what you agree to when you create an account, how your content is handled on the AT Protocol, and how the agreement can end.
mu launches in the European Union and the European Economic Area, and the terms are written for users there: governed by Dutch law, with the consumer protections of your country of residence preserved.
