What this document will cover
The Community Guidelines describe what is and is not acceptable on mu: the behaviour we expect, the content we act on, and how moderation works in practice. mu is pluralistic, not neutral. The guidelines will say plainly where we stand and why.
They will also explain how to report content, how enforcement decisions are made, and how to appeal a decision, including through an independent dispute settlement body under the Digital Services Act.
